Worst McDonalds Experience ever

On the 26th of Jan at around 23:00 and a few minutes. We were trying to order meals at the McDonald Nkomo Village Shopping Centre Cnr Pitse &, Tlou St, Atteridgeville, Pretoria, 0006 via the drive thru and we were recieved by a very disrespectful lady called Karabo as she stated. It might even be her name. The recording are there of how she rude and can't speak to customer to save her life. She even puched the wrong order for us.

We asked for the manager who was also rude and didn't even bother coming to attend to us until we asked the helpful security guard to assist. We waited there for 20 minutes until he was forced to come outside. Despite us telling him our issue he walked away and said nothing. This is not on and also no other McDonalds has treated us like this ever. This is our first experince being treated like dogs especially from a very well respected Franchise. This lady needs to be fired with immediate effect along side his manager. The image of that Franchise is messed up and it's just on the main road. Soft skills are important when you work with different people from different places and she has non whatsoever. I don't even understand why she got the job. This matter should be addressed immediately.
