Worst McDonalds Experience Ever !

I visited my local McDonalds recently , a franchise that I've supported ever since I relocated to the East Rand. At first their service was extremely good and although at times they would make minor mistakes with the order they were quick to apologize and even quicker to rectify their mistakes. However my recent visit was surely my last visit to McDonalds. They got my order wrong . I asked for a beverage with no ice and still got ice now this was not the real problem. The problem was I watched the lady remove the ice and cough over the opened cup of soda . She then did not fill the half filled cup . Instead she closed it and handed it back to me. She then handed me my meal . I then proceeded to parking lot to check if my meal was correct but realized that the chips were less and the spicy hot sauce looked as if someone got there finger in it. When I walked inside to the cashier and told her my problems about the chips and beverage . She told me that , that was how they serve it now. Now I know McDonalds cups have a line at which they fill to however this beverage was way below that line she did however end up giving me a new beverage due to the fact that I told her the lady coughed right over the drink. However the half filled packet of chips and spicy hot sauce were not rectified and as for calling the manager/supervisor was taking very long.
