Worst McDonald’s experience

McDonald’s in Jabulani mall has the worst service! They have no sense of urgency. My friend’s cappuccino was only served after he was finished eating; even then he had to remind them about it as they had promised to bring it but never did. My McFeast spicy had little sauce right in the middle, my little sister’s burger had only one pickle and my friend’s burger had no onion in it. When I raised this issue, I was told I’d have to pay for more sauce and pickles. I asked to speak to a senior and the senior never showed up. The waiter came back and told me that’s how they do things there. Horrible Service!
