Worst McDonald's Ever...No Resolution!!!

This is a continuation of my first review regarding the "Worst McDonald's Ever". After posting the first review in July, the pathetic service continues as I have not received any professional feedback from McDonald's other than an impersonal text stating that my query has been resolved. As far as I am concerned, McDonald's failed dismally and with no effort at all, to resolve my query. A text message? This just proves what I said in my first review. Absolutely Horrid Service.
