Worst McDonald's Ever

I am not one to complain but over the years I have experienced plenty of bad service and worse attitudes at McDonald's Fast Foods all across Cape Town. In recent times, there is one in particular that has actually disgusted me with pathetic presentation of food which is not what the menu suggests and really was a poor attempt at satisfying a customer and deliberately "short changing" or ripping me off as I believe that I did not receive my monies worth. This particular McDonald's is in Epping of Viking Way in the Goodwood Region. On two occasions, I ordered large fries. The first was two large fries with meals. The fries in the large box could probably have fit into a medium box so what was the point in me paying to large meals. I have photo evidence. The second incident was when I ordered a large Chilli Cheese Fries but this time I checked the box while still at the collection window. Again, the amount of fries seemed like a medium box portion. When I complained and even ask to see the manager, they showed me a medium box with fries and it looked like leftovers. It was really a pathetic attempt once again to justify themselves. The picture on the advertising board looks so appealing and show what you should receive for your monies worth. I lodged a telephonic complaint and was promised feedback. That never happened. It has been two weeks already. McDonald's needs to step up to what they say they are selling and stop ripping people off with stale fries.
