Worst McDonald's ever

This is the WORST McDonald's you can ever go to. It started with me having to check my order everytime before leaving. It then got to a point where things would just be missing from my order (no hazelnut syrup in my ice hazelnut drink, no big Mac sauce on my big Mac burger, order coke but get sprite, order a chicken meal but then you get beef, order a mcflurry and get an ice cream because they do not have the toppings but yet they do not tell you and they still charge you the normal mcflurry price) and now today, I ordered on the McDonalds app for delivery (side note-the app is pathetic! All it has is an option to complain so you get absolutely no support on there).

I ordered at 08:49 and I was told delivery would be at 09:20- 09:35...its currently 10:25 and still no delivery. I tried calling the store but their number goes straight to voice-mail. I drove to the store and they cannot assist me as they don't know how the app works, so now I've paid money to a company that will not assist me due to them not really dealing with the app and they cannot offer me a resolution. All they can say is that I must log a complaint on the app.

Don't take my word for it, read their reviews on Google and see the images of how pathetic they are.
