Worst Mcdonalds ever

We went to the mcdonalds willow crossing ordered 2 double jalepeno meals one large and one medium, upon getting home and eating the burger i noticed alot of the lettuce was brown and i had to pick it out, it did not look like the freshest ingredients were used. But i was hungry so i continued eating, upon reaching the middle of the burger i took a bite of what look like onion on the burger, you cant really see as its in the burger, upon biting into it it tasted like i bit into the root of the onion. it has a bitter milky taste, this Mcdonalds appears to be using left over ingredients judging from the brown lettuce and now the offcut of the onion, upon biting it, the taste was so unpleasant that i felt sick and vomited, i had this problem numerous times with this mcdonalds about a year ago we spoke to the manager it was fine for a few months but went back to usual recently, the standard is very low, we eat regurlarly at the Mcdonalds in Menlyn Mall and we always leave so impressed cause they ingredients are super fresh and they are alot busier that the Willow Way branch, it makes you want to go back there unlike Willow Way where i don't think i will ever go there again
