Worst McDonald’s branch Vryheid

Went to McDonald’s in Vryheid to get a Caramel dipped cone and they took like 15 minutes trying to get it right the lady came to me and said she cannot dip it, its too messy can she please put the whole cone in a cup This is the worst branch always horrible service and they cannot do anything right They should be embarrassed
