Worst Mcdonald's Branch in South Africa

This has got to be the worst Mcdonald's in South Africa (Grey owl village) midstream. My self and my family have almost never visited this site without having some kind of issue! Apart from a notice that is typed out about an ice cream machine that does not work (this notice has been up for around 3 weeks) then there is forever an issue waiting for your order, or the drive thru backs up because the kitchen is a problem!! best of all is the no care attitude of the staff and management! My family loves Mcdonalds on a Saturday morning but this was certainly the last time I purchase from this branch! pathetic to say the least! What happened to good food served hot and on time with a smile! Good luck to the owner of this branch! parting thought - you might want to remove the 24hrs from your signage as you are NOT open 24hrs.
