Worst MacDonalds ever

There I nothing that I hate more than going to Protea Glen Mall MacDonalds thei queues are alsways long and slow. They don't have any sense of customer service. You can literally queue to over 30mins whether its drive through it inside. The last time the queue was stuck back as thePOS machine was slow and I had to eventually ask if they can not serve cash serving clients in the meantime and they only opened the other till to serve cash paying clients afterward. The manager there does not even take people serious and make a you look like a fool when you complain
