Worst MacDonald ever MacDonald shallcross

This is the worse MacDonald we have ever been to people were wait for almost an hour for their food the orders were being mixed up the orders were incorrect we went to cancel our order for it took so long just to make one burger they should close down or change management or stuff. It really lacks customer service
