Worst in SA

I frequent the McDonald's in Commercial Road regularly over the past couple of months because its closest to home. Every time I use the drive thru I need to wait at grill parking area dor my order. Today was the worst, I ordered and the same happened but fater waiting for 15 minutes I went into the branch and asked to speak to the manager and asked him how long does a person normally have to wait. He said it depwnds on the size od the order and I showed him my order which was not very big at all. He tried to tell me about the process of making nuggets and chicken burgers but I stopped him and asked what is their commitment to their customers and he was uh and ah. He then personally saw to it that my order is finalised but this did not speed up the process in any way. I ordered at exactly 17:30 and only received my food at 17:55. To top it off I get home and realise they did not give straws for drinks. Now imagine having to drink a strawberry milkshake without a straw. I'm never going to Mcdonald's again. My kids can survive without them. They just dont care about their customers. KFC at least has the decency of apologising.
