Worst! I'm so upset.

<p>23 occasions in counting worst service. brackenfel mc D's is dissapointing. every time I order extra sauce and pay for it they don't put it on after I asked so nicely if they remembered and they insist that they did. I complained in store and was told the manager would contact me it's been a week and I am still waiting. I have been served buns with mould on as well as messed up and thrown around looking food I am on breaking point if I am not compensated for the inconvenience and consistent dissapointment I will take this further. once,twice maybe even three time is fine however not 23 times in a row. I will nor let this go!</p>
