Worst Grand Chicken burger

The grand chicken spicy they cook is the worst, mind due that my favourite meal from McDonald’s but the chicken patty is dry and one cannot chew it because it’s not fresh. I approached the managers and they insisted that they always cook it like that without hearing me out. I have braces so it’s hard for me to have such a poorly made burger. I’m so annoyed and I eventually had to change my order.
