Worst Franchise EVER

<p>Every single time we go to the Uitenhage McDonalds there is always a wait or a problem. We have not been in ages due to this, on Monday we went through thw drive through and placed our order and on arrival we were informed the computer has gone off and we will have to go inside to replace our order, which with a 3 month old is the reason we use the drive through. anyway we went in and all pc`s were down. after 10 mins of waiting one of the employees finally informs everyone there that there is a problem and it will take about another 10 mins for the pc system to reboot. with a crying baby we just walked out and went to KFC. this evening we go to mcdonalds again for supper and after ordering at the drive through window AND paying, we got informed that the store is out of fries and can we take the corn. we took it and it was thrown away because none of us like the corn at all. waste of time and money. I will never ever go to Mcdonalds Uitenhage again. its a disgrace to the franchise. I would recommend training otherwise close it down. terrible terrible service, cold food and no stock is unacceptable. </p>
