Worst food service ever

For the past 4 years we have been to diffrent Mc Donalds and everytime they dissapoint us but the worst was today. We order R277 worth of food which was 3 oreo mc flurrys dbl quarter pounder meal. Mega mc meal. 20 piece nuggets. 2 cheesburgers and a happy meal. All no garnish except the quarter pounder.When we finally got to the front after waiting 30 min. They only give us one small packet just with a mega mc burger and 20 min. We then asked wheres the rest and the guy looks as if we crazy. We had to give him our slip. He looks at it. And then gives us another small packet just with 2 cheeseburgers. So we asked again wheres the rest. He than gave us the happy meal and quarter pounder and chips. We asked again wheres the happy meal. He gives us that and we had to ask again where is the mc flurrys and the toy. The manager didnt even come apolize for this. We get home and the chips is as old as can be. Im so disgusted. This is not the first time things go wrong there. And i am so sick and tired of this nonsense. Really really bad. If it wasnt for my kids i would never go there. I will rather go to burger king where they have the right staff to help you.
