Worst food outlet I came across

Service at McDonald's ridge shall cross sucks and they lie to the customers. I had been there at around 3.30pm today to pick up my glass but they **** and said they wer out of stock. However 30 mins later while coming out of the shopping centre I had noticed the staff giving glass to a few other people. So my question is why pick and choose when we all support you guys. Please learn to be fair in the future as it is bad for business the way customers are treated.
