Worst fast food experience #Mcdonalds Durbanroad Bellville

Points redeemed, but no meal received. Horrible **** up from staff. My card declined at the drive through and was instructed to pay inside. When we got inside the person who we ordered from "went on lunch" and so did his recollection of us. We unfortunately lost the redeemed items as the cashier didn't place the order.
