Worst fast food experience

Upon entering we approached a cashier, we werent greeted but stared at as if to request our order. We asked about the juice they served and got a sarcastic answer that they had orange or apple. We placed our order got our food and sat down to start eating when I opened my burger it was a sad excuse of a double quarter pounder burger with no relish and my favorite gherkins I returned and asked for gherkins and it seemed as if this was the most disgusting thing I could have done. No apology was made and two slices of gherkins were slapped on and the burger handed back to me. This is truly the worst customer service I have experienced and at a restaurant we love. Highly dissatisfied and let down by the bad attitude of staff and the quality of food we received. Where have the drive to satisfy your paying customers gone to.
