Worst experience to date

The most horrible experience I've ever had in the traderoute branch. We walked in and ordered 2 Mcflurry ice creams and were made to wait 49 minutes and when we requested that a refund be given considering the amount of time already wasted we were made to wait for a further 20min. The staff there have no sense of urgency whatsoever.
