worst experience of service in my life

<p>i have placed an order worth my then R750 for my department, it took more than 3 hours and when i call there have told me 15 mins more, i then waited and still nothing, i then called the manager Issacs who then tells me he understand the issue and he is sorry and want to over me and ice-cream.</p> <p>I told him i dont want and ice-cream what was the problem and how do you fix this so no one else can experience such a terrible service , i am really digusted and will never in my life order from them and i work for a corporate company and will spread the word.</p> <p> </p> <p>thank you</p>
