Worst experience ever McDonald's Evaton

The worst ,baddest experience ever, coming back from work having passed 3 outlets and chosing to come support our local then guess what? waiting on the queue for 1:57 minutes for an order, and I'm still gonna wait because there's 2 cars ahead of me, Evaton branch, if you cannot run this business just close at 5pm coz I guess that will be better for you,punishing people for bringing you business, and please because you know you have the worst service please remove these barriers so that the customers to leave whenever they feel this worst experience.Wherever the management is they are sleeping with no worry of customers getting punished. Not even mentioning the overworked staff
