worst experience ever

On the 30 January I took my family to mcdonalds wynberg. We ordered a share meal and a burger meal upsized. The family went to the upstairs area for seating. I stayed under for the food. 25minutes later I was still waiting. When I asked why the cashier had to stop helping customers to fill my order. No one in the kitchen bothered to do it. I went upstairs finally only to find the burger meal wasn't with. Down I went again. A few minutes later I'm heading up again only to find it wasn't upsized despite paying for it. Over 30 minutes after ordering I was way to irritated to go back down. I still don't know why the cashier had to leave people standing in a line to fill my order twice. Where is management?
