Worst Experience at McDonalds Malboro,JHB

I ordered breakfast at McDonalds Malboro,Sandton through their driveway. The worst decision ever, I specificaly told the teller not to put milk in my coffee that comes with my breakfast Mc****in. I also ordered a blueberry ****in. - I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, mind you I was the only drive through order - They gave me a chocolate ****in instead of blueberry - The Mc****in was cold - I left and 5 minutes later realized I hadnt recieved my coffee, I drove back, told the teller what happend, then repeated my black filter coffee order - Drove through again and waited probably 30 minutes as there were 2 other cars in front of me - I finally got to the teller who gave me tea, which Luckily noticed, asked why I am getting tea, all 3 tellers looked confused, I tell them I came to collect my coffee. I get given a coffee and I drive off. 5 minutes into my drive I realize I have been given milk with my coffee, which I specifically didn't ask for.

I am mad because, I see no reason why my order was messed up, it was just before 9:00 am and the restaurant was not busy which then says, the staff is not competent. I work hard to be able to buy stuff like this for myself especially with the amount I spent today in such a bad financial climate, and people really ruin the experience though small, but it makes a difference to the bigger picture.

I am extremely angry but more disappointed hence I decided to write this review. This experience really put a damper on my Sunday morning.
