Worst experience at McDonald's Fourways Mall
The service at McDonalds Fourways Mall is the worst and makes sense why the mall did not have a McDonalds there but only at Fourways Crossing.
Your store is firstly dirty and the bins are overly full and not cleared which is a hygiene risk because one of the bins is very close to the tables where patrons eat. Your staff pick up litter with their bare hands and assist clients after that, no gloves to clear up? That is another risk factor experienced today.
Secondly, we used your self service machine to place an order at 18:01 and food did not come only to discover after 30+ minutes that they don’t bring food to our tables but we need to fetch the food even when we have a table number placed.
We got chilli cheese fries, the fries did not have jalapeños and no one mentioned anything to us but they just made us fools. McFeast did not have any tomato as they store also ran out of certain ingredients. But what annoyed me the most is that no one from the store came to let us know that they do not have those items, we had to ask and you could see they never expected us to question them.
Your service and communication at that store is the worst ever. Almost everyone had to go back and return something because their order was messed up with either missing items or wrong items given to them.
The waitress took our receipt when we asked them about our food and when I asked for the receipt to log a complaint she advised she did not have it and would not know where to get it.
Please hire more people because this says a lot about not having enough people to offer a service, clean the store because it is not hygienic for us to come eat at dirty tables because they were not cleaned when someone finished eating; thirdly ensure the floor is clean because it was disturbing seeing how dirty the floor was. Teach the employees transparency that when items are out of stock, they let customers know so that they make a decision if they want to buy at the store or not, have your self service machine updated when certain items are not available. Another thing, they did not even have cheddar cheese and only had white cheese which was used at all burgers, how does a store run out of basic ingredients?
Please go get some training again, we understand the store is still new, they had more time to prepare for December time, however they do not seem ready for any busy days at all.
