worst experence ever at this establishment

on the 8th of April 2015 a group of friends and I decided to go for a McDonald breakfast as it was a special occasion but sadly turned out to be a disappointment. we came with all smiles and hope to have a good breakfast but it was indeed spoilt by the lady that took our order. firstly she was rude and yes there was a misunderstanding in my order but she kept on repeating \ mam pls understand its not my fault as I repeated your order". I was fully aware that it was not her fault but she didn't have to defend herself so much but get going on how to resolve the issue as she certainly does not know the policy.. of \""customer comes first\"". secondly the team that was on that morning was very slow and first time ever did I experience this with McDonalds as our meals arrived late. lastly..one of my friends who ordered a sausage mc****in meal did not receive her hash brown and when we tried to query this the staff was unaware of whether it comes with meal or does not.. this is really disappointing as your staff is *********** and certainly don't know the menu as it stipulates that every breakfast meal comes with a hashbrwon. with this pathetic service I expect to receive our monies back."""
