Worst ever experience from Mcdonalds

The worst ever i've ever been treated by Mcdonald's, I have ordered through the McDelivery app and after waiting for more then 2 hours, i decided to give them a call only for the lady to tell me 'im sorry we forgot to call you, your food still hasn't been picked up from the shop by our ONE driver as he is still out on another delivery.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO IS HUNGRY, SHAME YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER.
