WORST DELIVERY SERVICE

<p>On the 25/07/2017 @12:20 I ordered food online, the website quoted:</p> <p>"Your order will be delivered to you at approximately 25/07/2017 13:05-25/07/2017 13:20".</p> <p>@13:24 i called customer service to find out if the food is on it way, the customer service representative advised the store never made the food yet.</p> <p>@14:15 i went to store to complain for the bad service, the store manager Bule said for the inconvience he will waive the delivery fee of R10.... No duh you have because im the store why should i pay the delivery fee. Im just disguested about the poor service and the manager excuse for the late delivery is "its raining and we only have 1 driver"</p> <p>WELL DONE MACDONALD'S ON THE POOR SERVICE!</p>
