Worst Delivery App

I really am disappointed in your online delivery app and would really suggest that you upgrade it so that we can track our order and actually talk to someone if there is a problem.

On the 16/8 I ordered Mc Donalds and when it was delivered only half the order arrived, the driver went back and said he would be right back, we waited almost 2 hours!You try and phone the call centre and they are closed, you take a chance by guessing what store your order is coming from but they also dont answer so you left there sitting at home hoping your food will arrive.

on the 30/8 I gave you the benefit of the doubt and ordered again and waited almost 2.5 hours for the order to arrive. Again there is no way we are able to check up on our order eventually I got so frustrated I went out and bought other food.

I do understand if you are busy or something but then we should be notified or something.Till today NOBODY has come back to me or apologized and i will never use the delivery app again!
