Worst delivery and manager great north road benoni

So i ordered delivery as me and my fam decided to have mcdonalds for lunch been waiting hour for the food then get call from some lady at mcdonalds great north benoni saying it going to be late only have 2 drivers so i wait a further 30 mins still nothing so i call and say i will collect as my famliy and i need to be somewhere but we needed lunch before so got in my car using my petrol and aslo payed delivery charge so when get there i asked for the manager and ask her im here to collect that order i then ask her it must be fresh order as im not going to take order that hour standing she then laughs at me like im a joke

This is the 2nd time i have recived this pathetic service and if it was not for my kids i would never come back
