Worst custorme service

I'm writing this complaint as a highly irate customer ,Mc Donalds Pinetowns service is appalling ,ice cream is always out of Jalepeno sauce is always out of stock ,like management in that store is failing the franchise ,no empathy at alj ,there is always something thats out of stock ,Monday they will tell you they have placed ,why cant they change their days to stock whilst doing soo catering for their customers needs.

Please can someone assist because word of mouth is a very powerful .
