Worst Customer Service I have experienced.

I just experienced the most appalling customer service from this establishment. Gosh Smangele is the worst manager in history that woman's attitude left me shocked for day. She carried on as if she owned Macdonald. Proudly screaming how my card declined whilst I had a bank notification that clearly showed that the transaction was successful . How Macdonald appoints someone with her reasoning capacity and attitude it still beats me. She behaved like a pre school bully that was programed to say your card declined there is nothing I can do. Even the arrogance at the end of our interactions leaves nothing to be desired. Her people skills are totally disgusting. I wouldn't be surprised if she got the position as a favour . Girl needs intense training with dispute resolution

After this horrible experience I went to Spur . God bless them for the warm welcome. Maybe you should take your staff to spur for induction. Clearly your program failed
