Worst customer service experience ever. Mc Donald's serves UNHAPPY MEALS

You digital ordering system in store is so horrible!!! I was redeeming an offer and the system decided to freeze! Your attendants had us waiting for a good 30 minutes before assisting us. My 3 year old daughter was in tears, she had the worst experience ever.
