Worst customer service ever very rude

I am writing this with huge dissatisfaction on Mcdonalds services and their employees. I visited Mcdonalds on R55 next to Foresthill at the garage.

That is the worst day of my life. It was late we requested for meals it was 5 of us hungry and we always thought McDonald's was a 24hour services.

We were assisted by Thabiso and a Lerato. They were so rude they were so mean they were so unhelpful. They told us there was no food the stoves are off and there's nothing they can do. They even told us we are welcomed to call McDonald's head office or even the founder that is not their problem.

That was very unprofessional conduct towards customers we really felt so small they even told us we can go with our cheap money .

This is unacceptable behaviour and conduct. I am writing this so that other people who have been treated like this can get justice.

McDonald's centurion R55 is the worst the staff members don't like their jobs I don't think they had proper training on customer service.

Their behaviour was the worst and the people was with were shock ed not only was I embarrassed but humiliated in front of my guests that I was purchasing food for.

The worst part was when Thabiso shut the drive through window in our face. We were just humiliated.

He left us there unattended and went to speak to his colleagues laughing at us.

What a day of extreme bad service.
