Worst customer service ever

McDonalds Prominade Mall liberty promenade has the most pathetic service! After waiting in line in the drive through for 20 mins, i get to the machine and the lady who takes the order's for the drive through doesn't even know her ****ing menu! I repeat myself thrice and she still doesn't know what I'm speaking about! I get out i go to the manager whom I've had to wait 10 mins for! I explained the situation and i asked her if i can give my order to the lady who is doing the drive through orders, then she tells me to stand in the que as if i was not standing in the line outside! She then tells me but the customers in the shop! Or i should walk to the drive through! What kind of customer service is this ????? And everytime i go there they either get my order wrong or something is missing!
