Worst customer service ever!

<p>Today 18-12-2016 at McDonalds Plattekloof I had to wait literally 20 min for 3 Mcflurry's. While they serving 3 customers before me with mcflurrys. The staff has no order the lady with the black t.shirt who i assume is the supervisor kept telling them not to speak Xhosa infront of the customers the cashiers just ignored her. They falling over each other for no reason, cause people were standing and waiting for their orders but nothing came forth. The lady with the black t.shirt had to tell them to help and get the food out to the customers! My 1st bad experience at Mcdonalds. When i said guys im still waiting on my order and you help all but me...they were speaking in xhosa to each other. Im so dissapointed they had no order and no customer service! </p>
