Worst Customer Service

Yesterday I a meal and I have stated on the receipt that I done want ice, then the beverage came up with ice. Then I have informed the person who was serving I didn't ask for the ice not her scooping out the ice from the syrup/drink and I asked her to give me a new one that wasn't exposed to the ice. Then as she was back chatting I was given half then when I went back and informed her it's half she was like it's only ice that fills the cup to make it full. I've been buying McDonald's without ice cubes I was never given half.

Then I reported to the Macdonalds Facebook page I was told it's always half, and I was suppose to bring the meal back, I went back and asked for the drink I was running late rushing for an event you all spoiled my day. I will never buy McDonald's again keep your poor service whatever I pay for I expect to get proper quality/service as we exchanging by my money. The entitlement is beyond.
