Worst customer service

As much as I love McDonald’s ,I have to say McDonald’s waterfront has the worst service ever! It’s the third time I’ve been served by Unam Bobi and she is so rude and has no customer service and is not even apologetic about it.they really need to start some disciplinary actions against their staff.
