Worst customer service

On Monday we arrived at Promenade's McDonald's at 13:37pm and ordered our food. Only to receive our food at 14:43pm. No apology or explanation given as to why the food took so long and then on top of waiting so long for our food, the order was incorrect and because of frustration we didn't want to turn around and wait another hour for food. This is so disappointing because usually the standard of service at McDonald's is top notch.
