Worst customer experience at K90 McDonald's

Went thru to a Mcd drivethru in K90 and i was treated with total disrespect, utter rudeness and complete disregard by Boitumelo... even when i told her how i felt abouther treatment, she disregarded me and my concerned and profusely told me of the meal price without a flinch but total disregard and direct disrespect.

Has she attented any customer care training?

It's too early to be treated in this manner... this individual is not suppose to be in the frontline, she should washing or sitting somewhere behind the scenes... what worse customer experience.
