Worst and Horrible service, What a waste of my Time!!!!!!!

MacDonald's in Mokopane knows how to ruin a person's long day. I get to their Drive thru and wait for almost 2 minutes without anyone attending to me. After attempts of Hooting and waiting a guy then starts talking and asking what I want to order. mind you there was another worker in front of me cleaning but did not even care if I was attended to or not. after that irritation I get to be told that they do not have any sugar. imagine a whole MacDonalds. I love my Coffee in the mornings, that time it was 6am and I need that coffee knowing that I am having a 10hours shift. and then the guy just hangs up on me without giving me options or any solutions. since I am irritated and I am dismissed I then proceed to the paying window. I get to wait there again while the guy was talking to some lady. to make matters worse that lady is the manager/supervisor. after requesting to speak to the manager that lady comes through to the window and ask that guy what's going on. what ****ed me off the lady just came there to tell me more ******* and not find a solution for me. How does a whole MacDonald be without sugar and tell me they cannot get it from the truck as the sugar comes in a small package and they don't want to go in there. I did not even get an apology from the supervisor/manager. She just stood by the window stared at me as if I was ordering Seafood Boil that they don't even serve from the store. The way I was given a cold shoulder i even had to ask if they are open or not. Mind you this is the 3rd time I am receiving this horrible service from MacDonalds. recent on that happened in January I was told to come in the restaurant to order while 2 cars for "white People" (apologies for mentioning the race) were served via Drive Thru though which were driving in front of me, they mentioned they can't assist me. We are far from democracy in the world we live in. I am SOOO disappointed and wish MacDonalds staff can be trained on how to respect customers. I usually pass by MacDonalds twice or 3 times in a week as I love Nazo meal with Coffee but yhoooo I am truly disgusted by the level of Unprofessionalism and really felt like expressing myself this time around. The staff should avoid judging people and undermining customers. I wasted +- 8 minutes at MacDonalds and still left there with no food nor Coffee. The way I left that place I was so furious for the ill treatment I got and for my time being wasted.
