WORSE SERVICE MCDONALS PROMENADE

On Sunday I went to Mcdonalds Promenade Mitchells plain out side the mall, I ordered a Coffee Tall and a Hot Chocolate Tall. Only to find they had no tall cups. My issue with this is why is it we the people pf Mitche'lls plain are getting the worse Service ever we just have to except. The lady that served me than gave me my change only to find its a Bunch of R1 coins. I waited long to be served the staff is un-professional the manager had a non cholent attitude when I brought my dissatisfaction about the service .
