Worse service from mcdonalds ever

I ordered mcdonalds online. The order went to the branch in great north. They are terrible humans. The lady kept calling me ADAM, like what the hell. The order was placed an hour ago. I'm not sure where the driver is, but apparently he is on the way. Does anyone keep tabs on the drivers???? I hate this mcdonalds. I wont order online anymore just in case this stupid branch at great north gets my order. This makes me change the way i used to feel about mcdonalds.... get proper staff that actually care about what they do.
