Worse service ever!!! @McDonald’s Berea

We placed an order on the 21/07/2023 on the app Mr D, but items were missing when it arrived. When I called the Berea McDonald’s, someone by the name of Thato promised to send the missing items and that he was aware that the full order was not packed. The missing items; 2 of the burgers never got delivered. What disappointing service!!! Will never support them again! Order number #DFD***
