Worse service ever

<p>Now, @ 18:30 I visited the McDonald's branch in Uitenhage, Eastern Cape and to my disgrace as always I get bad service. I parked at the order box outside and I was asked to just wait a second. A while passed then I was told to drive to the next window (to pay). I placed my order there ( 1 jalapeno meal, 1 happy meal, cheese burger but no garnish and sauces). Upon collection at the next window I received 2 jalapeno meals and a happy meal with sauce on the burger. Highly ****ed I went in the shop demanded my refund of r30 and a replacement burger for the happy meal. The staff are very loud, unorganized and ALWAYS mess up my orders. I'd suggest a new manager should be appointed as the proper measures should be put in place as to what customer service should actually be because clearly they don't have any idea what it means.</p>
