Worse service and the manager didn't care again

<p>A few days ago I went back to the McDonald's in Northgate after the management reached out and assured me that the previous experience I had there was not the norm, but I'm disappointed to say it seems that it is. The cashier (Presley) who was despondent and very slow was not interested in the customer service he was giving me or the lack thereof, the turn around time on my order was over 15mins, my coffee was cold and he didn't communicate that the fries were going to take a while as he had to put them in the fryer. I'm beyond disappointed in the service and overall experience, I know it's a fast food restaurant but never have I gotten such service at any other McDonald's it's pathetic and unfair to the consumer</p>
