Worse service

Firstly I would like to say that I'm deeply disappointed in the service that I recieved from Mcdonalds Landsdowne corner. I went there this morning and ordered three happy meals where I was told they don't have Cappy juices for the happy meals I even offered to pay extra for the bottle cool drink but they say apparently don't have bottled cool drink, so I accepted that and placed another order. The service was pathetic because the cashier was speaking to her colleagues and badmouthing me in Xhosa when I asked her if there was any way for them to assist me. I then waited 30 minutes for 4 nuggets and eventually when I got the nuggets I placed another order for a Mcfeast Deluxe and when I got the burger, the burger tasted rotten, I returned the order and the same cashier had an attitude saying that's it fresh, when I advised her to taste it she took it back and was being again very disrespectful by speaking about me in Xhosa whilst standing infront of me. The cashiers name was ulwethu and when I spoke to management about the service they didn't even apologize just asked me what must happen then now? Which I am so shocked for.

I feel that this is very poor and pathetic service as the workers at McDonald's are very rude and disrespectful towards their customers. I honestly won't be coming again to this place.

If this isn't escalated I will be placing this on Facebook and in the newspapers.
