worse pathetic service ever and waste of time and money

i went to maponya mall McDonald, the service was so bad. I had to wait 45 min for food and eventually when it came it was a wrong order. i told them the order was wrong and they changed it to another wrong order. the wrong 2nd order i took as i was so hungry but to my surprise the burger was so dry, no sauce in their mcfeast, the colddrink container was stained and i ask them not to put ice but they did. i couldn't eat the dry burger and their dirty colddrink container. i wasn't given the slip after the order. i wrote to hello peter and still didn't receive feedback from them. tel ***
