Worse mcdonalds experience

I would just like to complain about how bad the service at mcdonalds Rosebank. I have ordered food from the app and was extremely hungry. After 2 hours of waiting they advised that my food was delivered but i never received my food. I eventually bought myself food and then they told me that my order is ready. I had to pay for a late delivery and the food was absolutely disgusting. The coke cup was broken and the chips tasted old and rubbery. I have never experienced such bad service and to pay for something like that. I am disgusted.
