Worse Mac Donald ever

Worse service ever, waited for 45min to get the food not like it was fresh, cold burger, cold fries and and zero coke but paid for regular coke. I will never visit that Macdonalds ever, staff laughing in the kitchen and having conversation with no sense of urgency....some customers waited 30min to get a Ice Cream Cone!!! I think you need to change the leadership....no one on the floor even engaging with the customer, place so HOT with no AIRCON!!!
